I have upgraded my ram from 8GB to 16GB at 3200mhz, however when I tried to use Ryzen Master to overclock the RAM speed it does not save/work, instead something in the computer gives me a few beeps then resets back to 2133mhz. I have tried to overclock it to 1500mhz (x2) and it does not beep, however it still doesn't save. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @Mike573,
That's good. You bought a matching pair.
My guess is your motherboard will not allow memory overclocking. Ryzen Master has worked on some HP motherboards.

Hi @Mike573,
Some HP motherboards can work with Ryzen Master DOCP. It appears your PC can not do this. Try only the new stick of memory to see if DOCP works using Ryzen Master. The memory timings in addition to memory speed also affect compatibility.
It is best to use identical memory modules in pairs when upgrading memory. The HP part number for the 8 GB memory module installed at the factory is 934254-800. This part should give you 3200 MHz.
HP is not offering this part for sale. You could search other online sites using this part number.
Or try Crucial Memory for compatible 3200 MHz memory. Compatible memory at Crucial may not run at 3200 MHZ.
