Hi @julie971,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to know the upgraded options for the HP All-in-One 22-df0023w comes with 4 GB of DDR4-2400 SDRAM installed and can support up to 16 GB of RAM in total. This model typically has 2 SODIMM slots, allowing you to upgrade the memory easily.

Recommendations for Upgrading RAM:

Check Existing RAM Configuration:

  • Since your PC comes with 4 GB of RAM, check if it occupies a single slot or both. You can either add another module if there's an empty slot or replace the existing one with a larger capacity module.
  • Use the system information or a tool like CPU-Z to see your current RAM configuration.

Compatible RAM:

  • Your system supports DDR4-2400 SODIMM (laptop-sized) RAM.
  • You can go for 8 GB (2x4 GB) or 16 GB (2x8 GB) depending on your need and budget.
  • Ensure the RAM sticks are of the same frequency (2400 MHz) for compatibility.

Max Capacity:

  • The maximum supported RAM is 16 GB (2x8 GB DDR4-2400).

Installation:

  • Shut down the PC, unplug it, and remove the back panel.
  • Locate the RAM slots, remove the old stick if needed, and insert the new ones.

After the upgrade, check the system properties to verify that the new RAM has been recognized.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
