Hello,
I would like to upgrade the amount of memory (RAM) for my PC (HP All-in-One PC 24-g006nf, windows 10 64 bits) but I can't find the same memory specifications than the one already installed (4 Go).
The already installed memory is : 4 Go SO-DIMM DDR4-2133 PC3 10600S 204 pin
Had the "PC3 10600S" an importance to be respected ?
How can I upgrade the amount of memory ? Where can I find the good component ?
Thanks for advance,
Best regards

Sorry about the wrong ram. I have yet to get a refund on the ram I returned and the last I heard from NewEgg there was a problem with the vender they are looking into.
I was unable to find 24-g006nf at those memory finder places but I did find an eBay seller that properly identified your system and the memory. They list speeds of 19200 and 17000 (DDR4-2400 and DDR4-2133 respectively) and sell both 4 and 8gb sticks.

Spec is wrong if it mentions ddr4 and says 204 pins. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SO-DIMM
4go is same as 4gb but is french abbrevation for 4 gigaoctet
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octet#Bits_et_octets
Looks like DDR4-2133 is what your system needs. I would not put in the 2400 as it might not work even if faster. It might not be recognized is potentially the problem.

8gb modules are not listed as standard but might work.

The "S" just means it is SO-DIMM else there is no difference. It does not mean "slow"
When you buy ram for a desktop it will not have the "S" and will be a physically bigger stick.
Just make sure you buy laptop ram, not desktop as your system uses the smaller physical size sticks..
Corsair and Kingston have memory finder apps. You might want to run their web based app to verify the correct type of ram.
Your system may work only with 1r and you might accidently buy 2r or vice versa (I am guessing as I don't have an AIO)
I had to return some ram that had chips only on one side as my system only worked with low density ram where chips were on both sides of the stick.

Thank you very much BeemerBiker !
I'll certainly try the corsair or kingston memory finder apps because I'm in the fog.
I read that PC3 was related to DD3, but the specification of my machine says DDR4, 204 pin.
Consequently, I have 2 problems :
1) I bought a DDR3 chipset by mistake (due to the related topic above : DDR = PC3) and it was smaller than the one already installed and the deceptive device was wrong,
2) I can't find any DDR4 with 204pin : they all have 260 pin.
I've already been traped by the SO-DIMM format too
Best regards

Thank you very very much for your help ! (and happy new year)
Finally, I followed yours tip about DDR and 204 pins.
I bought a 8 Gb DDR4 2133MHz (which have 260pins) and it work very well. (I found it in Amazon, "Corsair" material)
I did not give importance to the other characteristics and it works very well.
