Welcome to our HP Community forum!
I can tell you right off the bat (because I have been advising people for quite a while now) that HP somehow managed to make the best performing RAM in your system the HP-branded Kingston RAM -and in your case, that would be the 2x16GB Kingston RAM with p/n: HP37D4U1S8HC-16XR, such as seen in this eBay purchase example: Kingston 16GB HP37D4U1S8HC-16XR P/N:M27305 Fury Black XMP4-3733 *tested*MORE*61* | eBay.
In my opinion, this RAM is priced (too) high, but on the other hand, this may very well be in tune with "you get what you pay for".
You can check yourself in this Userbenchmark OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx link which RAM performs best -and which does not perform so well: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx Compatible Components: look at the "RAM" column, and when you see something that stands out -such as this link, which shows the aforementioned HP-branded RAM performing at a whopping 116%.
AVOID such 'gaming RAM' as Corsair Vengeance, which tends to get stuck at its SPD (default) RAM speed, like you see with this fancy 2x32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB CMH64GX4M2E3200C16 3200MHz RAM, running at a paltry 2133 MHz: HP OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
My advice: spend some time in the Userbenchmark site to find RAM to your liking, based on actual gamer's PC performances.
Kind Regards,

You can bump it to 32GB no problem. Just grab a 2x16GB DDR4-3200 kit. Brands like Corsair Vengeance, Crucial, Kingston, or G.Skill work great. Make sure they’re desktop DIMMs (288-pin) and installed as a matched pair.
BIOS should pick it up automatically, but if it doesn’t, enable XMP and you’re good.
