Hi:
I have found that you need low density memory in HP business desktop PC's.
The memory from Crucial won't work because it is DDR3L (1.35V) and you have to use DDR3 1.5V.
I don't know if you can get this exact model memory in Italy, but I am 99% sure it will work...

That is because it was not a low enough density memory.
HP business desktop PC's with Intel series 4, 5 and 6 chipsets are very hard to get the right memory for (as you found out).
So, do a search by that Patriot memory part number and see if you can buy it in Italy.
You won't be disappointed.

If you can't get that memory see if you can get the memory I referenced in this discussion instead.

ye... i think i found it:

this should be the same model.
and this was the kingston

like i said on the spec is 1.5volt, are you still sure about your theory? 😃

That is great you can get the same Patriot memory in Italy.
Yes it appears to be exactly the same model.
The Kingston may be 1.5V, but it is not of a low enough density, and your PC doesn't like it one bit.
That is the problem.
