Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb0000a can be fitted with at least 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, though some sources suggest 2 x 16GB or even 2 x 32GB RAM, but there are as of yet no HP System All-in-One Desktop 24-cb0xxx Users which have installed that much RAM as seen here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-All-in-One-Desktop-24-cb0xxx/266014.

As a follow-up: in order to know for sure what the maximum amount of RAM your AIO can handle, type in: cmd in your lower search bar, right-click on Command Prompt, then left-click on: Run as administrator, then: Yes for permissions, and copy/paste/enter the following command:
wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices
MaxCapacity: Displays the maximum RAM capacity in kilobytes (KB). To convert to GB, divide by 1,048,576. For example, on the PC I am currently working from, I got 67108864 divided by 1,048,576 = 64GB.
