I bought the HP Envy Desktop TE01-1214 a couple of days ago, and I want to upgrade the RAM to at least 16Gb, but I can't find anything information on what RAM I need. I used the Crucial Scan to check, and it came back nothing is compatible. When I try to search my particular desktop online, it just goes to BestBuy and not much else. I just want to make sure I am getting the right RAM. Normally don't have an issue with finding this information, but my model doesn't seem to be pulled up by its numbers. Could someone help with this?

Your product ID is needed to properly identify your system
You have Micron ram 8ATF1G64AZ-3G2R1available several places (?) not just eBay
There are two sockets and if I read your CPU-Z correctly you have a total of 8gb and that single stick of ram is in slot 2
Slot 1 is empty? Get the same ram as in slot 2. See if you can get one that has HP label on it
I was unable to find recommended memory looking up your product id or model number

I am not sure what system you have
I am guessing the HPE so Please verify that this is your motherboard
I recommend downloading cpu-z and see what memory you have in each slot and get the same manufacturer
For examples of cpu-z read this post
If you post the "SPD" results for each stick of memory on your system I can make better recommendations

That's the problem, I can't find information on the system at all when I search by the product. That's not the one I have. When I run the HP scan computer to find out the model, this is what it gives me, but nothing else:
Here is the only product info I can find on HP:
It is the weirdest thing. I will download the CPU-Z, though I couldn't remember the program's name. Thank you for that!
Here is the system info from CPU-Z
