Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC IDS Base Models (ArticunoI)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to upgrade my RAM to 64GB. I currently have HyperX 32 GB DDR4-3733 MHx XMP RGB Heatsink RAM (2 x 16GB)

 

Desktop Model: OMEN HP 45L GT22-0450T Gaming Desktop PC 

Motherboard: BlizOC Z690 45L US PC

 

Any recommendations/specifications?

Yes, my recommendation is to purchase an identical 2x16GB HyperX RAM kit, such as available via eBay: HyperX Fury 2x16GB 3733MHz DDR4 DIMM for sale | eBay for your OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-0450T.  Identical RAM (same brand, model and capacity) provides best RAM performance.
