I know my cimputer is not under warranty any longer, but the Kingston Ram is the issue I am having and Kingston says they have a lifetime warranty. I have ran all the HP diagnostics numerous time and every time it says it's a RAM issue. Since I only have two RAM sticks, by process of elimination I found the faulty one, removed it and now my computer is working fine....minus only having 16gb of RAM.
I would like to max out my RAM at 64gb's. I would like to see if I can warranty the one faulty stick and buy 2 more. I have attempted to do this on the HP site. I now have 468 different windows open, have signed in 312 times and am no closer to accomplishing this seemingly impossible task. Please advise.

If your PC came with Kingston memory, that falls under the same OEM warranty as the PC -- one year.
The limited lifetime memory warranty only applies to memory that you purchased from Kingston and installed.
