I have a HP Pavilion 570-p054 with 4GB of RAM. Where can I purchase more RAM that fits?

Crucial guarantees their products work.  The stock config here is 1 x 4GB DDR4-2400.  Crucial has DDR4-2666 (faster) kit of 2x8GB (HP has limited the unit to 16GB total).

PS<> I moved this from Desktop OS to the proper Desktop Hardware. Can you please explain how/why you did that? Might there be a flaw in the selection panel?
