Your HP Pavilion 570-p077cb can be fitted with up to 2 x16GB of DDR4, PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.

I was told my computer was to old to add more RAM , something about the model it is , it can't add anymore RAM,

You were told wrong. Your PC can be fitted with 2 x 16GB RAM sticks.
