Hello.
I purchased 2x8GB of RAM DDR4 3200MHz. However, the computer only registers 8GB when one is in, but when two are in it registers 8.12GB.
The second RAM slot also does no recognise any RAM stick when it's in solo. So I took both out, and placed one in the second port, didn't work. So I took it out placed it in the first port and it worked....
Any help on this would be great

original , the one who was already inside
the ones you bought do not match the ones recommended for this motherboard!
So if it works with the original module, you have to buy back what is mentioned!
Otherwise, you may have a bad slot!
