Hello guys. I am having serious problems with my desktop. The DIMMS slots can't detect the ram. I bought the machine with 1GB ram and upgraded it to 4GB Kingston 1333 1Rx8 card. It was all well till I acquired a 4GB Samsung 1333 2Rx16 card(they both worked fine for a month). Then the problem started, all slots were not detecting both sticks. Sometimes it would read only the Samsung stick on one slot only but it would give up after a few days. The PC gives off 5 beeps 5 times, NO red light or blinking light. It continues running the fans as it usually does.

Purchasing varied brands of RAM is problematic.

Were any of these modules certified to work with your machine?
