Hi folks,

I'would like to upgrade HP Pavilion Power Desktop - 580-001ns to 32GB of RAM, I've bought DIMM Kingston 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 Non-ECC (it was also AI suggestion - compatibility without problem), but the PC doesn't start, resp. it's bleeping after power on, so it looks the module is not accepted. Which one should I buy? Is the board accepts just ECC identical modules? Already used modul is 16GB 2RX8 PC4-3200AA-UB1-11. Thank you.

J.

According to the specs found here, 16GB is the maximum RAM total that the system will allow. And DDR4 2400 so the RAM will not run at 3200.

Hello JJOcean,

thank you very much, but I have to apologize, I had wrong information - the PC is HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1106nc, which should supports 32GBs
