Hello,

I have 2x8GB installed: KINGSTON FURY BEAST DDR5 UDIMM - 8GB 1Rx16 XMPS-5200-UC0-1010-XT. To upgrade to 32GB, which one I should buy for another 2*8GB from the below link?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Best,

Del

@Delphiaston,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

You made a good decision to order RAM via Amazon, because if the RAM you are going to buy doesn't work out, you can return it to get your money back.

HP Gaming Desktops are known to be finnicky when it comes to RAM and especially achieving max RAM performance.

With this in mind, I would either get 2x8GB of the Kingston FURY Beast Black RGB 8GB 5200MT/s DDR5 CL40 DIMM Desktop Gaming Memory Single Module - KF552C40BBA-8: AMD EXPO Certified if you got a Ryzen processor, or the 2x8GB Intel XMP if you got an Intel processor.

Ideally, both sets of RAM should run at 5200 MHz, but don't be surprised if both sets are going to run at 4800 MHz, or even at 4400 MHz.

Kind Regards,
