HP All-in-One - 24-df0040

Hello,

I recently purchased 32gb of ram from crucial (2x's 16gb) to replace the 8gb single that came with my computer. I was advised to purchase 2 DDR4-3200 SODIMM 1.2v CL22 ram boards. After I installed them my computer screen would not come up and there was an extremely loud beeping pattern coming from the speakers. I promptly removed them and re installed the original ram and got my computer back to operational. Can somebody tell me what to purchase for this pc and what is the true maximum ram? The PC is: HP All-in-One - 24-df0040

Thank you
