My wife’s business has two HP All-in-one desktops for the front of the store operations. One is a 24-G020 and the other is a DF 24-0030. Each is equipped with the default RAM configuration and we’re trying to upgrade them.
For the 24-G020, I’ve found conflicting information on the actual maximum RAM supported. I have found a single 16GB DDR3 card with a 240 pin configuration on Amazon, but some sources claim the max RAM supported is 8GB. I have seen many more products available in a 204-pin configuration, so I’m wondering if the 240 is a typo (transposed 2 and 4?) or if there are multiple options available. I am not a computer person but it seems only one or the other would work.
For the DF-0030, I have found a 2x8GB DDR4 pack in a 260-pin configuration, this seems to be consistent across the board so I’m not as concerned about this package.

The 24-G020 has one memory slot and can support 1 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory, so you are already at the maximum there.
The 24-df0030 has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.
Something like this:
