Motherboard tampa2.

I want to replace my motherboard and change with different motherboard Is there any motherboard that can fit in the OMEN 880-130 case?

In checking out the Tamp2 motherboard, it seems to be a fairly nice and competent uATX motherboard.

So the first thing that is necessary to know is what do you expect a different motherboard to accomplish that this one does/will not?

Secondly - do you wish to upgrade or just remain with the same components?

Third - are you expecting a HP motherboard or a retail motherboard?

I will remain the same components I just want to upgrade my ram to 16gb 3200hmz, 

And im thinking to replace with retail motherboard

According to the spec page that model already has 16GB of memory.  Changing the memory will not change the speed that the memory is running.  It is automatically set by the system.  You would need to check the BIOS to see if allowing memory speed adjustment is permitted.

FYI: Switching to a retail motherboard will probably mean that you will need a new windows product key (meaning you will have to buy it) as the OEM Windows presently is locked to the present motherboard.
