Hello I cannot find the serial number to the Reverb G2 VR and I need some technical support given the new windows update

The serial number for the Reverb G2 is usually found in the following places:

On the cable splitter box (the small box between headset cable and USB/power connection)

On the inside of the headset near the facial interface (you may need to gently remove the face cushion to see it)

On the original product box or billing invoice from your point of purchase

 

Regarding the Windows update, could you kindly elaborate on the issue you're facing after the update? For example:

Is the headset not detected by your Windows system?

Is your VR audio or display not working?
