Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When **my computer is shutdown, its RGB keyboard lights remain on. Can they be turned off without unplugging the USB connector? (I understand all of the USB ports have power after the computer is shutdown. And the Scroll Lock key, which could otherwise turn the RGB keyboard lights off and on, does not function when the computer is shutdown.)

**My computer is an HP EliteDesk 800 G5 DM (9GB06UC#ABA - [Personal Information Removed]) connected to an HP Mini-in-One Monitor (24#7AX23A8#ABA - Ser. No. d) through an onboard connector HP Type-C USB 3.1 GEN2 Port with 100W PD (6VF54AT).
