Hello all, I am interested in getting an HP Elitedesk 800 G4/G5 SFF computer (they seem like very reasonable PCs for the price), but I was hoping to also set it up with an internal, low profile discrete GPU for some gaming and machine learning applications.
From my research, it seems like something like the Gigabyte RTX 4060 8Gb should be one of the best cards available now that would fit in one of these cases (besides the prohibitively-expensive NVIDIA RTX A4000). Of course, the standard PSU isn't sufficient for a card like this. I've heard that there is an official HP 500W PSU (part L77487-003) that would be up to the task AND also fit inside the SFF case, but I can only seem to find it here: sparepartworld.com.
Does anyone have experience with or know if a setup like this would work (or if there's a better way altogether)? Is there anything else I would need?
Thanks for reading and any insights!
