Hi @kexman
The Baker MB, Intel 10th CPUs and a H470 chipset, is PCIe 3.0.
The 4060, if it fits in the case and you have the required power supply, will run at PCIe 3.0.
PCIe 4.0 graphics cards generally don't saturate the PCIe 3.0 bus so you should not have a performance issue when running a PCIe 4.0 graphics card at PCIe 3.0.
I have run numerous benchmarks using a PCIe 4.0 card on Z390 (3.0) and B550 (4.0) MBs. The difference in scores have been within the margin of error.
