I want upgrade my GPU to rx 550 . Is The pc to recognise it ?

I believe that may be a no-go.
The card is usually double slot wide even though it is low profile.
Another issues is that your PC has a legacy BIOS where most cards require an EFI BIOS.
An XFX RX550 lp w/2 GB requires
Minimum Power Supply Requirement 350 watt
XFX Recommended Power Supply XFX 450W PSU
That may be a stretch for a SFF PC PCIe slot's power capabilities.

The 4GB versions have higher power requirements.
