Here are the Motherboard Specifications for the computer. Look at the section titled "Memory upgrade information". The maximum memory is 16 GB. The motherboard has Dual channel memory architecture. Therefore, it is best to install memory sticks in pairs to get the best performance from the upgrade. This means you may have to replace the 1x8 GB stick that came with the computer unless you can match it perfectly. I suggest checking with Crucial Memory to see what they recommend.
