My laptop is HP Omen and it is lagging so much.

i cant even type.

i have questions regarding ram upgrade.

also my touch pad is not working properly

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Since your PC is having multiple problems it would be good to check hardware.

 

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
