Just wondering if this Ram will work with my computer, the computer can have up to 16gb of ddr3 (1333, or 1600) ram and I was wondering if I can add another 8gb onto it. Will this Ram I'm looking at work alongside the Ram that came with the computer or would I need to replace that also? Any advice is much appreciated!

There is no guarantee that the Kingston memory you asked about will work. Kingston does not make memory that they guarantee will be compatible with your PC.
Crucial memory does make memory that is guaranteed to be compatible with your PC. See the following URL.

To upgrade to16GB you will need to install two identical 8GB modules. That is the best practice to follow. Mix n'Match is not a good plan.
Adding a memory module of another brand and\or mixing them is very likely to result in only one module being recognized as installed. It could also result in a no-boot scenario, and I am pretty certain that you don't want that to happen.
