I have an HP desktop computer,
Model: p6730f

You've removed it from support because it's a fairly old model, so I couldn't find its manual or information, which is why I wanted to share it here.
The thing is, I'm trying to upgrade my PC to RAM. From what I saw, this PC supports 16GB. Right now, it has 6GB, with three 2GB RAM sticks.

So I have 3 x 4GB memories, and I put them in and it didn't work, the PC turned on, and it lasted about 10 seconds on the startup screen where the setup and BIOS are, but it didn't allow me to press any key or anything, after those 10 seconds, the screen didn't show anything, and the memories I have are the same information as the 2GB, they are from Samsung, 1Rx8 PC3 - 12800U - 11 - 13 - A1, it's the same, I don't know about the mHz of the memories, since I can't see them. but the 2GB memories do have a speed, they have 1333 mHz, according to the HP Support Assistant, I suppose that the BIOS is updated to the latest version, since no update appears to me, its version is 6.12, the PC motherboard is 2A9C 1.0, and the 4GB memories have the same manufacturer, Samsung. I need help with that please and thank you.

Hi:

You have to be very particular about what memory to install in a PC with an Intel 1st generation core processor.

I don't believe the memory you installed is compatible.

See if you can buy 4 of these chips and they should work fine.

Single chip:

Timetec 4GB DDR3 / DDR3L 1333MHz PC3-10600 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.5V / 1.35V CL9 2Rx8 Low Density Dual...

Set of 4:

Timetec 16GB KIT(4x4GB) DDR3 / DDR3L 1333MHz PC3-10600 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.5V / 1.35V CL9 2Rx8 Low ...
