Hello guys i have elitedesk 705 g3 sff model pc and I'm using 4 sticks of 4gb ddr4 ram full 16gb with 2400mhz max my pc model showing it can use max 2133 mhz and i need help because my pc is using just 1800 mhz i need to know how i can increase frequency of ram in pc

From its specs, it only has 4GB of RAM. Did you add more RAM yourself ? Sounds like all 4 RAM sticks are not the same. Please use existing 4GB and buy 3 other sticks the same.

Sir i have all 4 ram sticks of same Frontech ddr4 2400mhz and still it's showing 1800mhz usage

is your installed memory DDR-4 2133? it's also known as PC-17000
 
DDR4-2133 (Transfer rates up to 2133 MT/s)
 
NOTE: 
Memory modules support data transfer rates up to 2133 MT/s;
 
actual data rate is determined by the system configured processor.
