I'm wondering if I can upgrade the ram for this computer I just purchased.
The mother board spec says this below but when I check with command prop it says I can have 128gm of ram.
This is the only info I can find about my computer.
Memory upgrade information
Dual channel memory architecture (One DIMM per channel)
Two DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets
Supports up to PC4-25600 (DDR4-3200)
Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
NOTE: 32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.
Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems
NOTE: Maximum memory shown reflects the capability of the hardware and can be limited further in the operating system.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Desktop M01-F3019 PC (1J9A7AA), as fitted with an Erica9 motherboard (SSID: 8AB6), will support up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.
I don't think 2x64GB will work -and to be honest, 2x32GB is more than enough for even the most RAM-intensive programs you may have in mind, including graphic design, video editing and cryptocurrency mining.
You want (close to) one of the best of the best RAM options? -Look no further than: Crucial Pro 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR4-3200 UDIMM | CP2K32G4DFRA32A | Crucial.com. This dual-rank/dual-channel RAM is pricey, but if you are in the market, so to speak, for the most/best RAM your desktop can handle, this is it.
Please mind you that I do not speak for HP, and I am not authorized by HP.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
For your first question, start Command Prompt as administrator and copy/paste/enter:
systeminfo | findstr /C:"Total Physical Memory"
This will spit out the total installed RAM in MB (minus ~0.15MB).
To figure out maximum RAM capacity, as administrator, copy/paste/enter:
wmic memphysical get maxcapacity
This will provide a number, say: 67108864, which you divide by 1024 and again by 1024. In this example, the result is: 64 -as in 64GB.
Please be advised that this number may or may not be accurate. HP MAY limit your PC, say, to only 32GB of memory in BIOS. This is because HP MAY limit the maximum RAM memory it supports for various reasons.

The OP's statement was
"This is the only info I can find about my computer."
Providing the actual laptop's support portal helps him.
