Honestly, I have always preferred to use guaranteed compatible memory with a prebuilt desktop PC system.
Even with my MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WIFI board in the PC I am typing this on I did that.
The difference is that with a DIY board, the manufacturer generally includes a long list of memory modules that have been tested and are known to work with a specific motherboard.
Did you wonder why over seventy people have looked at your thread but no one but myself bothered to post a reply?
If you take a look around the forum threads, you will notice that we identify with a desktop PC product name, not the motherboard name.
This is not a DIY PC builder or motherboard manufacturer's forum
Why would you want to be that odd man or woman out?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Dorado motherboard (SSID: 8704) can be fitted with up to 4 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks, down throttled to 2933 MHz.
Anyway, the problem with Corsair Vengeance gaming RAM -as @erico alluded to, is that its default ("SPD") RAM speed is lower than the max RAM speed your system can achieve, and is likely to remain at that speed, such as what this HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-0xxx User experienced with its Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 MHz RAM (p/n: CMK16GX4M2B3200C16): https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/53654613.
'Stick' with conventional non-fancy/non-RGB/non-gaming RAM -which is mostly overpriced hype anyway.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
