Ram upgrade

Hello i have a Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a with a 89D8 SMVB (ERICA8) system board how much can this system take also what speed and CL rating thanks. (the upgrade website is confusing HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Erica8 | HP® Support it says it supports 32GB but then says it supports 8GB sticks but the motherboard only has 2 slots...)

It is a mistake, probably refers to a 32 bit system, if you read when it says 32 GB indicates 16 GB memories.

Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems

Oh thanks do you know what speed (mhz) and CL rating though, i heard people having the wrong CL rating and the pc not showing image (on these hp prebuilts)

It must be CL22 or 1.2 volt memory, do not use dual voltage memory, or XMP compatible memory, which in reality is dual voltage memory with a smaller CL.

both memories are compatible, I prefer Crucial as it is a better brand.
