I have a 8gb 1R×16 PC4-3200AA-UC0-11 ram stick made by ADATA is it compatible with my stock HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2003W

Since you already have the ADATA memory-stick, just try using it.

Hint: download, install, and run the free SPECCY software before adding the stick, and expand its "RAM" report. Run it again, after adding the stick, to expand its "RAM" report, to compare the specifications for the two sticks, and to see if the motherboard is "clocking" at its best rate.

I installed Speccy. Installed ram stick. This is the read out Speccy gave me

What is the labeling on your current stick of RAM: "1Rx16" or "1Rx8" ?

I recommend that you purchase a stick of RAM with the same labeling as your current stick of RAM.

states:

I do not know how it supports 32 GB, when each of the 2 slots only supports 8 GB, for a total of 16 GB.

I don't understand is it 16gb or 32gb compatible?  My original is1R×8gb. I placed the ram stick in my system and ran Speccy. I included screens hots of what my computer is running.

@pjosh9947 -- SPECCY should tell you the number of sticks of RAM that are installed, and the number of "empty" sockets.

I don't understand the contradiction listed in that "specifications" page.

Then, I recommend that you add one "1Rx8" memory-stick, with 8 GB of RAM.

It is too bad that SPECCY reports "zero SPD". It sometimes does that, for certain motherboards. Sigh.

That hides information about the detailed specification for the stick(s) of RAM.

Maybe, look under the "Motherboard" branch, for the number of RAM sockets.
