I can not find the exact Kingston ram that is installed in my computer, so would this 8gb Kingston ram work with my computer? I want to keep the same brand that is already installed, and I want to buy it from Amazon.

Hi:
I suggest you open up your PC and check exactly what type of memory your PC comes with.
The memory you posted is SODIMM memory and is for a notebook PC.
The memory HP indicates is installed UDIMM is for desktop PC's.
I ran the Kingston memory configurator for your PC and got the same notebook-type memory as what you indicated.
But when I run the Crucial memory configurator for your PC, I get what I expect your PC to have...standard desktop-size UDIMM memory.

hi
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4026482
you seem to have already asked for help with this
In case, you can find what is up with software, but indeed, open to check
there are many others
you also have this
Find your drivers. Analyze your PC and your blue screens.
example
But, from what I understand, you are having trouble with the information given (which I fully understand, it is not always easy to navigate)
In general, no worries with Crucial.
but if it seems too complicated to you, afraid of a mistake, try to go directly to a professional
see what it can cost you, but at least with a good professional, less risk
