The SATA Power is derived through the Motherboard and SATA Power goes to the optical drive.
Here is the parts list for an Envy TE01-1150XT Baker based system that also includes the part number for the 400W PSU

That little 4 pin (white plug) going to the DVD drive. L68306-001 is different, thanks.
