Crucial doesn't work it keeps coming up with no information on my computer. Are there any other ways to find out what ram my pc uses

What is the full model of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.  Once I have this information I will try to help your further.
