Hello to all!

I've been having this same frustrating keyboard problem and I've spent days trying to fix it. Nothing works. Is it possible for you to send me the procedure to fix it as well? I'd be so grateful.

Thank you in advance.

There is no "precedure to fix it". The solution is to buy a non-HP  keyboard.

EDIT: This is not the thread I was subscribed to, nor the problem I was having.
Not sure why I had a nitification for it.

Yes, the solution is to take the multimedia HP keyboard and smash it over your knee into two pieces and then go buy a real keyboard.
