HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-d0000i (7RC38AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

The Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter in my HP Pavilion All in One PC 27-d0000i (7RC38AV) intermittently drops.  I have ensured that drivers, etc. are up to date, so I believe that what I am experiencing is a known issue with this adapter based upon what I am reading in various forums.

I am unable to figure out a replacement adapter, so I am looking for help to identify the correct replacement option.  Any thoughts?

Hi:

I recommend you try this card which should work...

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP Part # L35282-005.

In the meantime, this is the latest driver HP has for the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter if this isn't the one you currently have installed on your PC:

2024.10.228.2    03/07/2023

Hi Paul,

Thank you so much for your quick reply.  I am in the process of picking up the recommended adapter and will let you know if that works.  In the meantime, I'll double check that I have the latest drivers.
