Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a power button to the rear of this Z4G4. Clearly it is meant to be obscure since you need a pointed instrument to press it. I know better quality PSUs have a separate toggle switch for On/Off, is this the same thing? The PC hung & the user, unknown to me, powered it off at the rear instead of the front. Presumably this causes an abnormal sudden shutdown since we now have to ship the PC back here, He says it powers on, the KB lights work, but that's it, all blank screens.

Brand new Windows 10 PC with our corporate image installed.

What is a X4G4?   Reference unknown
