Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When it turn on the computer 

The rear chassis fan runs at full speed all the time

Try going into the BIOS and adjusting  Fan Idel Mode.

1: Overheating

2: Insuficant Air Flow

3: Errored or Failing Motherboard 

4: Errored or Failing Memory Chip

5: Errored or Failing Dedicated Video Card
