Try going into the BIOS and adjusting  Fan Idel Mode.

Possible Issues:

 

1: Overheating

2: Insuficant Air Flow

3: Errored or Failing Motherboard 

4: Errored or Failing Memory Chip

5: Errored or Failing Dedicated Video Card
