Omen Obelisk 875-1040st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking for the best 2 recommendation for either a 1Tb or 512GB PCIe NVMe TLC SSD for my Omen Obelisk 875-1040st. If you can recommend at least 2 options for each it would be greatly appreciated. And are there any pro's or con's with one recommendation over the other? Thank you

HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Let's say if I were to change the configuration at my own discretion, and install a Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 1TB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-bit MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V7S1T0B/AM  into the Omen Obelisk; would this improve my storage compared to the factory installed  2 TB 7200 rpm SATA??? Thanks for the info
