All we need is to clear data on HDD. There are many ways to do that. I used to use a software to wipe HDD and crush it. But now I can't access to the crushing machine I have to use software to wipe it for example

To answer your question -besides @banhien's correct observation that it is best to wipe any data off your old drive, although using software by no means guarantees permanently erasing the data. That's why whenever I need to dispose of a drive, I put on a pair of safety glasses, don leather gloves and use a quality Craftsman 20-ounce hammer to beat the cr@p out of it, before throwing away what sorry remains are left in the garbage container.
Everything else, though -in other words: e-waste, should be disposed of responsibly. Or as HP said it, and I quote: "While donating is the “greenest” option, recycling is the next best thing. Vendors like Office Depot, Best Buy, and HP® accept old computers for recycling in addition to other items such as printers and printer cartridges, smartphones, and tablets."

Hope this was helpful.
