Red led in Power Button, but no beeps, errors nor noticeable issues

HP Recommended
HP Prodesk 400 G3 Mini
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Issue started ever since i opened the unit and reset the CMOS, the screwdriver slipped and gently hit the Motherboard. No scratches nor damaged were visible. 
I ran the HP UEFI Hardware Diagnostics to loop extensive System Test and no errors were found after 5 loops


I am not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?
