Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my laptop with a 1TB HDD and 128 GB SSD but now I can't find my HDD in my laptop. Can you please help with that?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You don't see the 1 TB drive in File Explorer.

 

Check Windows Disk Management for the drive. The drive may be offline and needs to be formatted. Or the drive has failed.

 

I would contact HP Support if the PC is in warranty and you don't see the drive in Disk Management.
