Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello HP support! I bought you HP Laptop 15s-du3519TX few years ago. I am very annoyed by its not so good battery backup. Its battery hardly runs for only 1.5-2 hours while continuous working. In cases where there are no charging points, I'm stuck with my laptop battery drained out completely. I want to know if this model has a support for battery modification or any support for charging using a powerbank.

It uses 

 
3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion

 battery, you should be able to get around 3hrs run time.

 

Unfortunately there is no option to use a standard powerbank  to charge your machine. Please calibrate the battery to give more out from it
