Dear HP Support Team,
I am writing to you regarding repeated issues with my HP Omen PC, which I purchased in May 2020. The situation is as follows:
Purchase and First Issue: I purchased my HP Omen PC in May 2020 with a two-year warranty. In August 2022, the PC malfunctioned, shortly after the warranty period expired. After consulting with your customer service, I paid for a repair.
Second Issue: Less than a year later, in June 2023, the PC malfunctioned again with the same error message and the same component failure. Once again, on your advice, I paid for a repair.
Third Issue: Now, 9 months later, my PC has failed again with the same problem. This means I have experienced the same issue three times, each shortly after a repair.
It is clear that there is a structural problem with my PC or with the repairs that have been conducted. I understand that you offer a 3-month warranty on repairs, but given the recurring nature of the problem, I am requesting a final resolution without additional costs. This is in line with my rights as a consumer under the principle of conformity and Dutch law (Book 7 of the Civil Code), which states that products must meet reasonable expectations and be of satisfactory quality.
I kindly request that you provide an appropriate resolution, such as:
- A free repair of the defective component, with an extended warranty period to prevent recurrence of the issue.
- A replacement of the defective PC with a new one, to ensure a lasting solution.
I trust that HP values customer satisfaction and will resolve my issue appropriately. I look forward to receiving your response with a proposed solution within 14 days.
