Subject: Repeating Issues with Laptop and mishandling of laptop from HP Service Center.

Dear HP Customer Care,

I bought a laptop which is in HP warranty and I am writing to express my worst experience plus unprofessional way of handling the service part.

From the very beginning, the laptop has been prone to unexpected shutdowns and interruptions while using for normal tasks like surfing and attending classes online. I initially reported this issues to HP Service Center in Mumbai (address and name of Service Center if available ) and the Service Center team suggested for motherboard replacement for which I agreed and proceed as advised. But even after this replacement, the problem persists, and the laptop continues to shut down automatically. Where I was very disappointed for choosing HP Laptop during my crucial time of examination Despite several attempts to address the problem, I have not experienced a satisfactory resolution so I came back to hometown and submitted the laptop in Nagpur HP Service center (Mention the name in Jobsheet), while submitting the laptop nothing mentioned about scratches and damages as you can see it in jobsheet provided by service center dated on 14/12/2023 but today I got a mail that laptop is damaged from top cover during the inspection, but while submitting nothing was informed also I was informed about internal damages. As far I remember it was HP Service Center is the responsible for these damages because the Service Center in Mumbai are one who opened my Laptop for repair and mishandled and damaged while replacement the motherboard. And Nagpur HP Service Center told me that I would have to pay ₹10,000 for the repairs, despite the laptop is within its warranty period and the part was replaced in HP Authorised service centre only.

This has left me to re-think about choosing and trusting the HP brand ever again if this is the service I am getting in the warranty period.

Facing the ongoing challenges and the inconclusive resolutions, I kindly request you to either replace my current laptop with a new unit that functions correctly or refund the purchase amount. I believe this is a fair and reasonable demand considering the ongoing inconvenience about the warranty coverage from HP.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and demand for a swift and satisfactory response.
