Replace Mainboard HP 81C5 MVB in a HP Z4 G4 from 2018

Hello
I bought the HP G4 Z4 in 2018 and it was working very well up until now. Now lightning has struck and a local computer guy said the motherboard is broken.
I would now like to replace the motherboard with a motherboard that is the same size and has the same connector positions as the old one.
Can anyone suggest a product that I can buy for this? What is a 1:1 replacement?
