@RichGinFL , welcome to the Community.

 

Here is a video that should help you replace the memory in your computer.  As you will see, it is not easy to remove the back.  However, if you are careful it should be no problem.  Make certain that you seat the memory properly.  So, you don't have to open it twice as did the video maker.
