Replace motherboard Odense2-K

Greeting all,

My motherboard's dead so I want to buy a new one to replace it.

However I cannot find anyone seller who still sell Odense2-K motherboard. (there is some refurbished but I prefer a new one)

Do you know where I can buy it?

Or I can buy some similar motherboard which prefectly fit my case. It requires uATX(24x24 cm), cpu i7-7700k (specification: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05355651). Do you have any recommendations?

I am not a HP employee.

Have you checked HP Part Surfer for this motherboard (Link)? Probably not available.

Your options may be limited to refurbished parts.

I don't recommend installing a different motherboard in this HP case. Too many unknowns.

You will need to get a new Windows product key if you install a different part.

A refurbished Odense MB is going to give you Windows activation problems. HP usually has to add code to the BIOS so you get a seamless activation from Microsoft

You're very welcome.

Not knowing your specific symptoms makes it hard to conclude the MB has failed.

Have a local PC tech take a look.

You could have a different problem. The MB may be okay.
