I should have plenty of power by my bios is legacy (old) from 2012. Still no luck.
New graphics card:
MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 128-Bit HDMI/DP/DVI 4GB GDRR6 HDCP Support DirectX 12 VR Ready OC Graphics Card (GTX 1650 D6 Ventus XS OC)
Original system:
HP Pavilion HPE h8qe Series
• 3GB DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 545 [DVI, HDMI, VGA]
• 600W Power supply

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
A HPE series PC has an older legacy BIOS. You know this.
The BIOS can't be upgraded to a UEFI BIOS needed to run newer graphics cards.
The best you can do is the 600 series Nvidia graphics cards.
